Students are responsible for telling the teacher that they have prepaid to come back to under glaze, and ensuring they are given M390 red clay. Please confirm with the teacher that you’re getting M390 clay and not recycled clay. As we need the pots to be RED and stand!!! so technicians do not glaze them accidentally. Please also message through contact form once buying the coming back to glaze session so that we can inform your instructor ahead of time to prepare thus clay as well. But regardless of messaging us, you still need to ensure the teacher has given you M390 red clay, otherwise we will not be able to have you come back to underglaze if this clay specifically is not used.

Please contact us through the website contact form to inquire if your pots are ready ((please only do so 2 weeks following the class)) as this is the usual timeframe to have the Pots pre-fired bisque and ready for under-glazing.
Underglaze sessions are 30 minutes long pick from Saturday or Sunday between 430 to 630
Or Mondays 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Or Wednesdays 9 AM to 12 PM
Or Fridays 3:30pm to 6:30pm
Pots are ready four weeks following your glazing,
