For wheel throwing, our experienced teachers will give step by step instruction guiding you to learn to throw a bowl, cup or small vase.

Wheel classes are 2.5hrs. Expect clean up to take at minimum 15 minutes fallowing, but may go longer depending how fast you are.

Hand building class are shorter and run 6:30-8:30+ 15 min clean up

Both wheel and hand building classes Includes 1 lbs clay and 1 glazed pot each.

Additional pots are $7 + gst each

For an additional $45, pots can be shipped within Canada. For an additional $70, pots can be shipped to USA. If outside both these regions, we can get a quote and send you though it may be expensive. We can’t guarantee pots will survive shipping process; we carefully double box so inner box is floating between packing materials as this has had the highest probability of reaching our clients thus far. There are no refunds for broken pots as a result of shipping.

Refunds are only available up to 10 business days prior class;a $25+ gst admin fee per seat charged for all refunds. No refunds if your Pots do not survive the Firing;Demo pots provided in place of rare pots that do not survive. Transfers can be made if 10 business days notice given, but there is a $15 + gst per seat Transfers fee if transfer can be granted. In some cases, we can grant them with less than 10 business days as well.
Pots are glazed white by staff with a food safe glaze. Pots are ready for pick up 10-12 weeks following workshop. Sometimes pots need to be re-fired due to flaws so in rare cases it may take longer as kiln can only fire well when full of pots otherwise heat wont be even enough for a good food safe glaze. You will receive a text notification with information on where and when to pick up. Please leave the cell number of the person coming to pick up with your instructor. We only notify via text.
We would love to be able to guarantee each pot will survive the manny stages of ceramics, but we can’t. As this may likely be your first time, mistakes are bound to occur, it’s part of learning. Our teachers and kiln technicians do their best to help your pots survive. If a pot doesn’t survive, we can provide a demo pot in place of your broken one; we don’t pack broken pots as they are razor sharp. These pots are discarded as they are safety hazards.
We offer clients to come back and glaze their pots; we need to know b4 so our instructors can prepare a red clay to signify to our technicians not to glaze them
Our glaze sessions are 30min & they’re $25 plus GST. Per student sat & Sun 430-6:30
