Return Policy: Refunds are only available up to 10 business days before the class starts, a $65 admin fee is charged for all refunds.

Any classes interrupted by a mandatory or voluntary closure of studio due to Covid will be postponed and a class credit is to be redeemed within 6 months of the postponement.

You can however give your spots away to friends, but you are responsible for sharing all our communications and ensuring they know everything needed to attend on night you registered for

Pots are glazed white by staff. Pots are ready for pick up 8-10 weeks following workshop. Sometimes pots need to be re-fired due to flaws so in rare cases it’s may take longer than 10 wks as kiln can only fire well when full of pots otherwise heat wont be even enough for a good glaze. You will receive a text notification with information on where and when to pick up. Please leave the cell number of the person coming to pick up with your instructor.

We would love to be able to guarantee each pot will survive the manny stages of ceramics, but we can’t. As this may likely be your first time, mistakes are bound to occur, it’s part of learning. Our teachers and kiln technicians do their best to help your pots survive. If a pot doesn’t survive, we can provide a demo pot in place of your broken one; we don’t pack broken pots as they are razor sharp. These pots are discarded as they are safety hazards.
